SHIPPING

We offer free, standard shipping via USPS on all domestic orders over $75.00 (USD). No code is required and discount is automatically applied at checkout.

For orders that do not meet the free shipping requirements, the USPS Priority Mail - No Signature shipping rate is $8.00 (USD) and will be reflected at checkout.

We do not require a signature upon delivery but if a customer prefers signature confirmation, please select that option at checkout for a fee of $11.20. If USPS cannot make a successful delivery, items will be returned to sender. Please note, customer(s) will receive a refund only for those items that meet our return/refund qualifications. If items are returned to us by USPS, customer will not receive a refund for shipping charges and will incur a $2 restocking fee. Read more about our return/refund qualifications here.

Orders are fulfilled Monday-Thursday. Orders will be prepared and fulfilled within 5 business days. Occasionally customer order fulfillment timeframes may be extended due to delays in financial institution verification, major and/or local holidays, inclement weather, sales and/or peak order periods. We are not responsible for unexpected delays caused by circumstances related to but not limited to peak order periods, customization of products; specialized items; unforeseen circumstances; inclement weather, natural disasters, biological disasters, strikes, political or civil unrest, national and regional holidays, electric or electronic failure(s), delivery issues with the carrier, customs delays or any other unforeseen matter.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provide to AYIRA at the time of purchase.



OFFERS AND PROMOTION CODES

To take advantage of a special promotion, you must enter the promo code BEFORE Checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when the appropriate information is entered. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order and aren't applied to items that are already discounted.

U.S. SALES TAX

We collect state sales tax on orders shipped within Alabama.

Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

AYIRA accepts Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and PayPal.

Email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, so please do NOT send us credit card information via email.

When placing an order online, payments will be processed via Shopify and/or PayPal. ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information.


ORDER CANCELLATION

We do accept order cancellations. Please send an email to our customer service team including the order number and cancellation request. Please note, once a customer receives their tracking confirmation via email, it means the order has been fulfilled and shipped therefore it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If a customer has input an incorrect address in error, please send an email to support@ayirabeauty.com immediately following receipt of confirmation email so that the order can be cancelled and refunded. Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made. Unfortunately, if a customer provides an incorrect address upon checkout and the items are delivered to the incorrect address, we are unable to process a refund for those items.

Once an item has shipped we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS as soon as possible to request alternate routes or address changes.
