Cleanse, stimulate and detangle with ease! Our Detangling Shampoo contains a synergistic blend of plant based surfactants, extracts and vitamins to help stimulate the scalp and gently remove dirt and residue without drying or stripping. Hair is left clean, hydrated and easy to comb. Safe for all hair types, natural and processed (color and chemically). This is not a pre-poo or co-wash. Does not contain sulfates, pthalates, parabens, DEA, dyes, PFA’s, PEG’s, silicones or fragrances.

Vitamins A,B, D and E to help moisturize skin and hair.
Caffeine Extract from Green Tea has scalp stimulating properties to help boost blood flow which may promote hair growth and increase hair fiber diameter for fuller, thicker looking hair.
Vitamin E & Omega Fatty Acids are high in antioxidants which may provide conditioning properties to help strengthen, repair damage and promote elasticity in both hair and skin.
Provitamin B5 has softening and moisturizing properties that may add shine and visibly reduce split ends.
DIRECTIONS: External use only. Apply to wet hair and gently massage onto hair and scalp. Rinse with warm water. Repeat if necessary. Detangle with a comb, starting from ends and work upwards to root/scalp.Some irritation may occur. If irritation occurs and/or persists, discontinue use and seek medical attention. Do not ingest. If ingested, contact your local poison control center. Do not use with heat and keep away from flammables.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
AYIRA charges a flat rate fee of $8.00 for USPS Priority Mail - no signature. If a customer wishes to have signature confirmation, we ask that you please select that option at check out for $11.20. Orders over $75.00 (USD) will receive free, ground shipping within the USA via USPS. No code is necessary and the free shipping discount will automatically be applied at checkout for orders over $75.00 (USD).
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once an order has shipped out, the customer will receive an e-mail containing their order confirmation and tracking number. Customers can click on the tracking number periodically to view the location of their order. Please note that we do not require a signature upon delivery but if a customer wishes a signature confirmation, that option is available at checkout for an extra fee. Please note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced shipments. Any questions regarding dispatched shipments should be made to USPS.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Once the customer makes a verified purchase, an order confirmation is immediately emailed to the customer. If a customer has not received their order confirmation email, please send an email to our customer service team at support@ayirabeauty.com. Once the order has been confirmed, please allow five to seven business days for orders to be processed/fulfilled. Once processed, items will be shipped via the shipping carrier of buyers choice at the time of checkout. In the event of peak order periods, customization of products; specialized items; unforeseen circumstances; inclement weather, natural disasters, biological disasters, strikes, political or civil unrest, national and regional holidays, electric or electronic failure(s), delivery issues with the carrier, customs delays or any other unforeseen matter, please note that processing/fulfillment times may be extended. Once items are shipped, the customer will receive tracking information via email using the email address provided at the time of checkout. If a customer paid for an order using an e-check, the e-check payment must clear before the order is processed/fulfilled and shipped.

WHY WAS I CHARGED A SALES TAX?
We collect state sales tax on orders shipped within Alabama. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.
