We get this question a lot and it's phonetically pronounced as "EYE-E-RUH" or "AH-YEE-RAH".
DOES AYIRA BEAUTY SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment AYIRA only offers shipping to customers in the U.S. but make sure to sign up for email alerts as we will begin shipping internationally soon!
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
It is not mandatory for customers to set up an AYIRA BEAUTY account to place orders on our site. Please note that items in your cart may be removed if the item is sold out or is discontinued. If you are interested in receiving new product alerts, discounts and sales, simply join our email list to receive exclusive AYIRA BEAUTY updates in the future.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
AYIRA offers free domestic shipping via USPS on orders over $25 (USD). No code is necessary and the free shipping discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once an order has shipped out, the customer will receive an e-mail containing their order confirmation and tracking number. Customers can click on the tracking number periodically to view the location of their order. Please note that we do not require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced shipments. Any questions regarding dispatched shipments should be made to USPS.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Once the customer makes a verified purchase, an order confirmation is immediately emailed to the customer. If a customer has not received their order confirmation email, please send an email to our customer service team at support@ayira-beauty.com. Once the order has been confirmed, please allow five to seven business days for orders to be processed/fulfilled. Once processed, items will be shipped via the shipping carrier of buyers choice at the time of checkout. In the event of peak order periods, customization of products; specialized items; unforeseen circumstances; inclement weather, natural disasters, biological disasters, strikes, political or civil unrest, national and regional holidays, electric or electronic failure(s), delivery issues with the carrier, customs delays or any other unforeseen matter, please note that processing/fulfillment times may be extended. Once items are shipped, the customer will receive tracking information via email using the email address provided at the time of checkout. If a customer paid for an order using an e-check, the e-check payment must clear before the order is processed/fulfilled and shipped.

WHY WAS I CHARGED A SALES TAX?
We collect sales tax on orders shipped within certain U.S. states. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.
